Windows
Window replacement for Miami Valley homes from a family-owned roofing and exterior company in business since 1979.
Old windows show their age in a few ways. You feel a draft near the glass in January. Fog gets trapped between the panes. The wood on the sill goes soft, or a sash won't stay up. Any one of those is worth a look. When you see several, replacement usually makes sense. We replace windows on homes around Dayton, Huber Heights, Springfield, Middletown, Hamilton and Germantown. We also do roofing, siding, soffits and gutters, so we look at the whole wall and not just the glass. If water has been getting behind the trim or the sill has rotted, we deal with it while the opening is out instead of covering it up. We start by measuring each opening and talking through styles and options. Then we give you a written estimate. Estimates are free and same-day. On install day, we remove the old units and set the new ones level and square. We seal and insulate around the frames and finish the trim inside and out. Our work is backed by 5-year and 10-year labor warranties, and we'll tell you which one applies to your job.

Common questions
How do I know my windows need replacing?
Common signs are drafts around the frame, fog or moisture between the panes, soft or rotting sills, and sashes that stick or won't stay open. A single fogged pane may only mean one failed seal. If several windows show these problems, replacing them is usually the better use of your money.
Can you look at our windows when you come out for a roof or siding estimate?
Yes. We do roofing, siding, gutters and windows, so just ask when we come out. That way we can look at how water moves off the roof and around each opening at the same visit.
Is window work covered by a warranty?
We offer 5-year and 10-year labor warranties. Which one applies depends on the job, and we spell that out in your estimate.
